Our team of customer experience (CX) is very proud to celebrate the success of our customers. In Cisco Live Amsterdam, we honor the selected group of innovative customers with Cisco CX Customer Hero Awards each year.

The price has all the demonstration of excellent performance in its categories and were selected from numerous nominations across various industries in the EMEA region. They are highly competitive and this year they were awarded by Adele Trombetta, SVP and GM, CX EMEA in our CX shoe. It is the privilege to introduce this year’s important winner. Price of sustainability leader: Cop29 Azerbaijan

The Leader Award Award recognizes a customer who has achieved exceptional sustainability results with Cisco customers. The winner for this year is COP29 Azerbaijan, an organization responsible for hosting the 29th Conference (COP) at the UN Convention Convention on Climate Change, a large UN event. Under the leadership of Elnar Assad, the head of the ICT in Cop29, the team said goodbye to the experience of Cisco customers to accept the principle of “One Team, One Family, One Goal”. Together they built and deployed a secure, automated and energy network infrastructure.

Within an impressive time frame, Cisco and Cisco Robust, automated and energy-efficient SD-Access Cisco Cisco solutions have deployed the customer experience of Cisco and Cisco. This innovative approach ensured a remarkable 99.999% availability and offered a smooth user experience while increasing sustainability and operational efficiency.

The Operational Excellence Award honors a customer who has dramatically improved IT operations through cooperation with Cisco customers. T-Systems, a leading global IT service provider, was divided with Cisco Customer Experience and built an end-to-end architecture for a platform on request in real time. This platform provides End-Customer Enterprises with a multiple TSI cloud in automated and model fashion, which improves experience with end customers by significantly shortening the time to provide services. Paul Starr, Senior Technical Design Authority, and his team worked with Cisco Customer Experience to set up an automated UXUS 9K framework, ACI and network functions of virtualization technology, which dramatically reduced time on board and service times. The platform is also effectively expanding and allows T-Systems to provide a more agile offer of services and at the same time reduce errors during new customer on board. The exceptional innovation price recognizes the STC group as achieving innovation requirements through cooperation with Cisco’s customer experience. AI Traiclblazer: Core42

The AI ​​Trailblazer Award acknowledges a customer who has associated with Cisco’s customer experience to successfully prepare it for its infrastructure using AI. Core42, G42 specializing in sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure, cooperates with the experience of Cisco Customer Experience to build the first AITI-Drive data center for high-performance computer technology (HPC) and AI in the Middle East. This partnership allowed Core42 to use Cisco Customer’s expertise in the field of planning, design and implementation of cloud infrastructure based on artificial intelligence. Price for excellent automation: Sykehuspartner

The price for excellent automation is celebrated by a customer who significantly increases IT operations through automation in cooperation with Cisco customers. This year’s winner is Sykehuspartner HF, provider of services in the field of ICT, projects, logistics and HR for all public hospitals under the southeast Norwegian Regional Health Office.

Sykehuspartner HF Critical ICT systems for 81,000 healthcare workers in the region, serving 3.1 million patients. Bjorn VIK, project manager for modernization of a network project (Monet) and a network automation team (NOA), along with Jan Idar, the main architect, directly cooperates with Cisco’s customer experience. Through this cooperation, they have successfully automated and repeated the first hospital network in the region, complicate upgrading and implementation at a pace that set new standards in speed and quality.

The customer hero of the year is our Pinnacle Award for the customer with the strongest overall results as a result of working with Cisco’s customer experience. Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, one of the most important events in the world, faced a challenge to ensure the most affected event in the world. Franz Regul, CISO, has worked with Cisco Customer Experience to deploy zero head architecture and complete portfolio of Cisco Cyber ​​Security products to create stable and durable around games.
